First off, I ran my half-marathon, the big race I've been training for all summer, on Oct 19. My first basic goal was to be able to run the whole 13.1 miles, which is something I didn't even manage the last two years when I tried running a half. My real goal was to finish in under 2 hours 10 minutes, which would mean running below 10 minute miles on average. Well, not only did I beat that, but I ran at a sub 9 pace!! I finished at 1hr 53 minutes, which is kick-ass, if I say so myself. Now running will be just maintenance all winter, except for the Feaster Five on Thanksgiving. My next big race will be the Covered Bridges Half Marathon on Woodstock, VT. Can't wait!

On other news, I finally quit my stupid job at the restaurant so I could focus full time on getting "a real job". By that, I mean getting a job back in software marketing, like I use to do. I actually have a good bead on a job, and an interview next week, so I'm hoping by Halloween (my favorite holiday!) I'll have an offer. Keep your fingers crossed for me, I have to pay my clothing bills somehow :)

On a girl front, I had a thought the other day. In my race to create a "perfect" feminine image, I forgot the fact that I can actually change my look - not just clothes and makeup - but more. So, I'm going to try out some different stuff than I've done in the past. My first step was breasts. All along I've gone for a pretty conservative "enhancement" and so I hit the scales at a 36B or so. Well, I busted out and got myself some new boobies, and these ones come in at a 36DD! To quote Willow, "Gosh, look at those!". My upcoming photos were taken with my new fuller figure, so I'll have to see if it looks good and gets any response. The scary thing is I could actually go bigger, too. I don't know about that, but maybe it'd be okay once and a while. The next thing I want to try is different hair colors, not just my naturally frosted brown. Maybe a very dark brown, nearly black, and of course blonde! Do blonde Kira's have more fun? Well, I'll have to find out for myself. Here are some pictures of the styles I'm considering.

Oh, and last but not least, I did take some pictures tonight, but I'm too sleepy to post them now. Maybe tomorrow or Friday. And since Halloween is coming soon, be on the look out for Kira in costume!
